Introducing the new collection - TRI

Introducing the new collection - TRI

This mini collection is all about wellbeing.

After several years of juggling being a mum to two kids, running a busy pattern company and maybe working a little too hard, at the end of last year I came to the realisation that I needed to look after myself more, mind body and soul.  I started practicing more Yoga and Barre which highlighted a huge gap in my wardrobe for stylish exercise wear.  With that inspiration I created three new patterns:

The Anima Pant - A must-have staple item for those times when you need the perfect balance of casual and cool. A slim leg pant with elasticated waist, drawstring, faux fly front and side pockets. These can be made full or knee length with or without cuffs or as shorts.

The Pneuma Tank - A sports bra with double elastic shoulder straps that cross over at the back, elastic edging to give great support and a firm fit allowing you to move and stretch. There is also an optional tank you can attach with a dropped underarm and back with curved hem line for those times when you need a little more coverage.

And last but definitely NOT least, The Soma Swimsuit - A versatile swimsuit pattern with three different variations! Make a splash this summer in a glamorous one piece or flaunt it with two different bikini tops with either a high or mid rise pant.

The one piece swimsuit has a flattering cross over elasticated back, ballet style cross over front with cut out triangle detailing and an elasticated waist seam to accentuate the waist.

The first bikini variation is of a similar style, with a supportive cross over bust with cut out triangle detailing and a cross over elasticated back fastened with a bikini clip.

The second variation is a bustier style with bust cups for added support, a centre front triangle detail and elastic in the waist seam. There is no back fastening so is comfortable and easy to take on and off.

If you love pattern but are terrified, don't worry, we will be having a sew-a-long in a few weeks time.

Not only do we have these three new patterns, we also have updated four of our existing styles with new variations.

The Undercover Hood now has a long or cropped length and can also be made as a sweater with neck binding.

The Ooh la leggings now have three different length variations, just below the knee, three quarter or full length.

The SJ Tee (formerly The Sloppy Josephine) now has a long or cropped length and also the option of a long sleeve.

and the Coppelia can now be made as a longer version faux wrap attached into the side seams.

If you already have these patterns, don't panic, over the next few weeks we will be posting tutorials on how to adjust the pattern you already have to create the new variations.

For all you instant gratification junkies out there, all of our new patterns (including the new variations) are now available as Print at home PDF Patterns!

We also now go up to size XL in most of our styles, however not all.  Please be careful to check the sizing on the product page.

Hope you LOVE the new collection!
